How to Make Matcha Lattes:

1. In a cup, mix 40g of non-dairy creamer with 100ml of hot water, stirring well.
2. Sweeten with fructose or honey if desired.
3. Add crushed ice to the creamer mixture.
4. In another cup, mix 3g of matcha powder with 100ml of hot water until smooth.
5. Add more crushed ice to the matcha mixture.
6. Slowly pour the matcha mixture into the creamer cup.
