We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required
  • Return request must be approved by our customer service team before shipping the item back

Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as we may be unable to process your return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or store credit, if preferred) within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with photo evidence within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, beverages)
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Custom or made-to-order items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
