Do you ship to my city?
We dispatch to all states and cities in Australia, including Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and more. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance varies between different states of Australia.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch orders from Adelaide using Sendle. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

SA (Adelaide Metro): 1–3 business days

VIC (Melbourne Metro): 2–4 business days

NSW (Sydney Metro): 3–5 business days

QLD (Brisbane Metro): 3–6 business days

WA / TAS / NT / Regional Areas: 6–12 business days
Please note that the estimated delivery time is for reference only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping distance and seasonal fluctuations in the transportation industry.
All orders placed after 12pm will be processed after the following business day.
Please note that dispatch and shipping may take a little longer than usual during holiday or promotion periods.
How do you determine shipping costs?
All shipping is based on total order weight. To calculate your shipping costs, please first add items into your cart, view cart then click "calculate shipping". For pallet size orders and containers, please contact us for a more accurate quotation. Additional discounts may apply for larger orders.
Please note that the free shipping threshold is based on the pre-GST amount.
The system says no shipping method is available. What does this mean?

Do you ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Please understand that we are unable to deliver to PO BOX or Parcel Lockers.
As most of our delivery partners require ZERO contact during delivery, authority to Leave will be applied, if the receiver address is residential address or safe to do so.
We recommend the receiving address is a business address which our delivery partner can deliver your order much faster. Please don't forget to note us the trading hours when you check out.
How do I track my order?
Most Adelaide metro orders use local delivery by default, so tracking is unavailable. For other Australian cities, a tracking number and tracking link will be available in an email within 3 days.
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
Please email info@bubbletea-supply.com.au if your order doesn't arrive within 14 days.
My parcel was damaged during delivery, can you replace the order?
If you find your order has been damaged during delivery, please take several photos of the damaged item and the box for our reference and email to info@bubbletea-supply.com.au We will respond to your claim shortly, however we cannot guarantee that all claims will be accepted.

Please note: If you choose Bank Deposit as your payment method, we will not dispatch your order until the payment has been received and confirmed.
