Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
There's no pallet-sized minimum. Most shops start with a mixed order covering the drinks they're launching, then move to a regular resupply once they know what sells. If you're not sure where to start, call us and we'll work through it.
How is freight charged?
By total order weight and destination. Add items to your cart and use "calculate shipping" to see the exact cost before you commit. For larger or repeating orders, ask us to quote it.
Can I collect in Adelaide?
Yes. Our warehouse is at 1/221 Henley Beach Road, Torrensville SA 5031, and orders are usually ready for collection the next business day. We are open Monday to Friday (closed weekends) — please call before coming in so we can have it picked and waiting.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one business day. If it's urgent, call — that's always faster than the form.
Do you supply equipment as well as ingredients?
Yes. Sealing machines, blenders, tea brewers, fructose dispensers, shakers and smallwares are all in our Equipment range. If you're fitting out a new shop we can quote the ingredients and the equipment together.
